Creator Agreement (DRAFT — v1)

DRAFT — placeholder text. Not legally reviewed; exists to exercise kr00lix/teren#74's creator gating. Replaced with the reviewed agreement (same path, next version) before creators publish real content.

1. Scope

This Creator Agreement applies in addition to the Terms of Service when you draft, publish or manage a Game on Teren.

2. Content license

You retain ownership of the content you create; you grant Teren the license needed to host, deliver and moderate it as part of the platform.

3. AI-assisted creation

Using AI tools to draft or edit your game is covered by ai_generation (see Teren.Privacy.Purpose); reusing your content to train or evaluate models is a separate, off-by-default ai_training_reuse consent — never implied by publishing.

4. Moderation

Published content is subject to the platform's moderation policy; Teren may restrict or remove content that violates it.
