Privacy Notice (DRAFT — v1)

DRAFT — placeholder text. Not legally reviewed; exists to exercise kr00lix/teren#74's gating and consent machinery. Replaced with the reviewed notice (same path, next version) before real users are onboarded.

1. What we collect

Account data (email, hashed password, role, locale), gameplay and creator content you provide, and — only if you grant the optional consent — product analytics events.

2. Why we process it

Platform operation (account, gameplay sync, creator drafts) is a contractual necessity. Product analytics, marketing email and AI training reuse are optional and only run with your explicit, separately granted consent (see Teren.Privacy.Purpose, docs/privacy.md).

3. Your rights

You can review and withdraw optional consents at any time from your account settings; withdrawal never removes access to unrelated core features.

4. Retention

Data is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected under; see the retention summary in docs/privacy.md.
