Say which story it was, which language you were reading it in, and what you saw — a screenshot helps. There is no ticket number and no bot; a person answers, and not always the same day.
A problem in a story
The flag in the reader and the Report page attach a report to the playthrough it came from, so a moderator sees the very scene you saw, in the language you saw it. That is why both need an account: without one there is no playthrough to attach it to.
If you have no account, write to us instead and name the story.

Each of these is yours to do without asking; they open after you sign in.
- Your name and languages
- The name a story calls you, the language of the site, and the languages you read stories in.
- Your email address
- Confirm it, have the letter sent again, or correct a mistyped address.
- Your subscription

Teren Plus, spark packs and the receipts for what you paid on this site.
A subscription paid on this site is cancelled with the account. One bought through the App Store is held by Apple and has to be cancelled there — deleting your account does not stop it.
